話說我前排去咗銅鑼灣嘅Layback Cafe & Bar食飯,環境真係幾chill,坐喺17樓望住街景,感覺好relax。今次點咗幾款招牌菜,第一款係「四川黑糖單骨雞翼」。呢款雞翼一上枱就聞到陣陣香味,單骨設計好貼心,食起來方便又唔使甩骨。外皮炸得脆卜卜,黑糖同四川辣椒嘅調味好平衡,甜中帶辣,咬落去肉質嫩滑,唔會乾爭爭。😋之後試咗「生拆蟹粉拌北京拉麵」,呢碟真係有驚喜!拉麵彈牙有嚼劲,上面鋪滿蟹粉同蟹膏,份量多到不得了,蟹味超濃。佢仲有個小杯蟹粉醬汁畀你撈麵,食落每一啖都充滿鮮味。拉麵同蟹粉好夾,口感同味道都好有層次。🦀再嚟係甜品「開心果巴斯克」,一見到已經覺得好靚,面上有開心果碎同少少食用花裝飾。蛋糕質感軟滑,入口有濃濃嘅開心果香,混入芝士味之後唔會太甜。外層微微焦香,內裡creamy,吃得出用料用心。🌰飲品方面試咗「伯爵茶黑朱古力咖啡」,呢杯真係幾特別。伯爵茶嘅香氣同黑朱古力混搭,入口有茶香同朱古力嘅苦甜味。飲落唔算太濃烈,幾順喉,層次感豐富。☕最後試咗「龍蝦扁意粉」,呢碟意粉真係幾足料。扁意粉煮得剛剛好,彈牙又有咬口,配上大大嚿龍蝦肉,鮮甜得來唔腥。醬汁好creamy,應該有c
