To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 行完街行完太子旺角好肚餓,捉緊疫症下仲有得堂食嘅尾巴!第一次上來容記小菜王食晚餐,當然要點主打名物「燒腩仔」同埋「燒鵝」啦!「燒腩仔」真心皮脆肉嫩!肉質好淋好嫩,脂肪比例剛剛好,不會有太油膩口感,個皮是精髓,非常之脆!食落卜卜聲「燒鵝」點了例牌,即四份一隻鵝,鵝油好香,脂肪比例好好,鵝肉肥美,鮮嫩多汁,外皮燒得好香,是高質燒鵝👍🏻 想食鵝比,但例牌所以冇得揀,但鵝胸也嫩滑👍🏻實在是不錯「牛仔骨」另外又點了牛仔骨,這是另一驚喜,牛仔骨幾好味,秘制汁汁甜甜地,同牛肉味好夾,肉質好淋好易咬,牛肉也有成七至八塊,大大塊,份量算是多👍🏻抵食總結是名不虛傳,是一間有質素的中菜餐廳,味道不會令人失望👍🏻

第一次上來容記小菜王食晚餐,當然要點主打名物「燒腩仔」同埋「燒鵝」啦!

「燒腩仔」
真心皮脆肉嫩!肉質好淋好嫩,脂肪比例剛剛好,不會有太油膩口感,個皮是精髓,非常之脆!食落卜卜聲

「燒鵝」
點了例牌,即四份一隻鵝,鵝油好香,脂肪比例好好,鵝肉肥美,鮮嫩多汁,外皮燒得好香,是高質燒鵝👍🏻
想食鵝比,但例牌所以冇得揀,但鵝胸也嫩滑👍🏻實在是不錯

「牛仔骨」
另外又點了牛仔骨,這是另一驚喜,牛仔骨幾好味,秘制汁汁甜甜地,同牛肉味好夾,肉質好淋好易咬,牛肉也有成七至八塊,大大塊,份量算是多👍🏻抵食

總結是名不虛傳,是一間有質素的中菜餐廳,味道不會令人失望👍🏻
