To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳環境像酒樓,圓桌方便人多一起吃飯,桌與桌之間距離幾遠,坐得舒服。燒鵝:例牌份量是2-4人份,對我們2人來說燒鵝份量真的很多,皮有脆脆的感覺,多肉少脂肪,油而不膩。沙拉骨:味道酸酸甜甜,非常開胃,肉和骨的比例很好,肉很容易咬出來,肉質帶有口感,有點像是豬頸肉的質感,好吃到很容易愈吃愈多。麵醬茄子四季豆:中式麵醬是咸咸甜甜的味道,最好配上白飯一起吃,可以吃幾碗,茄子和四季豆都非常爽口,有鑊氣,茄子顏色鮮艷令人更加有食慾。
