To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 容記曾經在深水埗風光一時,其燒肉簡直讓人回味無窮。若干年後,終於在太子重出江湖,近年因外地朋友回港,他熱愛燒味,為了吃得舒適,也坐得舒適,新的容記小炒王,便是最合適的地方。朋友來自南洋,南洋因衛生檢疫問題或是各種原因,一直都沒有機會食到鵝。故除了容記最著名的燒肉外,也立刻點了一個燒鵝例牌,讓他可以一解思鵝之苦。這裡的鵝肉實皮厚,喜愛吃鵝的朋友不得錯過。主力吃的燒肉也是保持多年前吃過的水準,但當然如果你是怕肥的,那我會建議這碟菜不要點了!反正你享受不了皮脆肥嫩的樂趣。這裡的燒味用的芥辣是青綠色的,味道也沒有黃色的搶口,使肉的味道沒有被調味過份搶去。同日點了一個黃金炒蝦球,用來送酒一流!容記相對太子一帶的其他小菜館是比較昂貴,但勝在小菜穩陣,燒味出色,如是宴客朋友或是想求坐得舒服,涼著冷氣,這裡似乎是一個合適的選擇!
