To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

無論食物定服務都會令你感動！

讀書嗰時成日食金祥，因為佢好食又大份，絕對係窮人恩物。廿年以來，不時都會返嚟食，水準不但無跌watt，招牌炸排骨仲進步左。金祥既食物質素同份量，咁多年都係無得輸。所以Lunch hour長年有條龍，唔係無原因。難得既地方係，入座安排公平又有效率，老闆有時仲會同你傾下計，好貼心咁為每一位客人安排最舒服既坐法，就算搭枱都唔會覺得焗促。十年無嚟食，相信老闆都唔認得我。餓左咁耐金祥，當然係瘋狂叫嘢，但店員姨姨會好細心幫我地睇下係咪真係食得嘥，幫我地砌靚個配搭先落單，結果真係啱啱好，食飽飽又唔會滯，好勁！金祥係好多西環街坊既愛店，除左食物之外，相信亦都係因為佢好人本、貼心既服務。
