「紅軒直擊：叉燒流心包+古法棗蓉糕正到痺！」今次專攻懷舊點心！蜜汁叉燒唔係講笑，肥瘦三七開，外皮脆到似焦糖，咬落肉汁爆出嚟，阿姐勁好笑容：「後生仔食多件啦，補膠原啊！」跟手試古法棗蓉糕，酥皮層次多過千層麵，棗蓉香到阿婆年代嘅味道，甜度剛剛好唔黐喉～香酥小黃魚炸到連骨都脆，點喼汁食超惹味，部長主動過嚟問意見：「要唔要加多碟送啤酒？」（又提我開工唔飲得😭）服務貼心到呢～ 餐後甜品芝麻糊，補腦又醒神，送嘎！埋單每人兩舊半，抵食過茶記！真心話：叉燒包熱辣辣、換碟換得快，街坊價錢酒店質素，仲唔係機場隱世飯堂？下次一定再encore！
