To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 團年飯梗係要食中菜,朋友介紹呢間位於深水埗既酒家,一入去見到個大魚缸,好多生蜢海鮮,枱既數目都多,位置寬敞,坐得舒服。深海龍躉兩味翡翠炒龍躉球:龍躉肉好厚身,啖啖肉,配西蘭花、木耳、紅椒,豐富又健康。古法蒸龍躉頭腩:龍躉新鮮肥美,清蒸加薑蔥果皮木耳絲,增加魚既香氣。金豪和味雞(半隻):招牌新鮮雞,好有雞味,蒸到僅僅熟,保持雞肉嫩滑。艷影脆蝦球:炸蝦球鬆脆不油膩,蝦肉爽口彈牙,沾滿沙律醬汁,可口美味。花蛤皇浸菜苗:花蛤肉質肥大又甜美,用上湯浸菜苗,爽脆又帶有水份既口感,美味無窮。豉油皇鵝腸:鵝腸美味爽口,加左豉油、芽菜仔爆炒後,再灑上蔥花,非常惹味。總結,食物好味夠鑊氣,出菜快,員工殷勤有禮,下次可以再encore。
