To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去花園街買嘢,之後搵地方食晚飯,鳳城已經冇左(轉左名),咁就去咗呢間小菜王食小炒嘢啦!入到去原來要搭𨋢上一層樓先至係食堂,都唔駛等位就已經可以有位坐,地方比想像中乾淨企理,見到個大魚缸冇乜污糟,我諗呢間嘢應該係幾注重乾淨!睇完餐牌就叫咗小炒皇(98),同埋海皇撈粉絲($88)。小炒皇喺我鐘意嗰隻,用蒜心炒,而唔係我麻麻哋鍾意,用西芹炒嗰隻,所以食得好開心😃。海皇撈粉絲用沙㷛上枱,可以保持溫度,good👍,而且發覺呢度炒呢款菜都幾好食,唔會好油淋淋咁,相反,炒得夠乾身,食完之後個沙㷛底喺冇油份留番喺度嘅,唔單止咁,因為夠乾身,所以粉絲仲可以有少少焦嘅效果,入口就變得更加嘢味,呢個菜有意外驚喜!
