To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前睇其他foodie 影到好好食咁,又海鮮粥底又勁實肉龍蝦,點知上到嚟一個人都無,已經心知不妙🥲但book 咗位唯有繼續硬住頭皮坐坐低 真係一個人都無㗎!!佢聲稱因為今日平日喎然後叫咗個套餐,我細心計算過其他套餐,其實仈量同食物係一模一樣,所以完全唔明白點解會貴啲,又因為太伏嘅感覺就試個最平!真心講,每樣食物佢都講到野生嚟,又話南非點點點,細隻過我隻手指喎大佬😂😂隻鮑魚佢仲叫我用刀叉食😂我口大真係攝牙罅都唔夠啊重頭戲應該龍蝦,細隻到一個點,佢仲話澳洲大龍蝦,同埋唔甜的,肉質都彈牙嘅,不過每人得半隻,好勻真,呢隻奄仔蟹係全餐最好食嘅一隻㗎啦,其他就無了🥲最後亦係我因為呢個粥底先畀人昆到嚟,都叫不過不失啦🥲埋單加埋加一同醬油錢要五百幾,真係食咗個空虛全場要點讚係個侍應,佢能夠背住良心背咁讚美每樣海鮮,仲要講係「大」嘜「大」嘜但細到鼻屎咁都唔笑,真心專業啊

真係一個人都無㗎!!佢聲稱因為今日平日喎

然後叫咗個套餐,我細心計算過其他套餐,其實仈量同食物係一模一樣,所以完全唔明白點解會貴啲,又因為太伏嘅感覺就試個最平!

真心講,每樣食物佢都講到野生嚟,又話南非點點點,細隻過我隻手指喎大佬😂😂
