To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

環境裝修古色古香瘋狂小面主打麻辣重慶小麵小店亦曾到訪過好幾次記憶點深刻因為難得有豌豆粉另外水麵嘅麵質亦唔錯完全迷倒我呢個追求煙韌嚼感嘅人前幾天再訪發現豌豆粉下架豌豆fan另一選擇我推薦「瘋狂豌雜麵」豌豆煮到軟腍再加埋肉碎同各種醬料係碗幾惹味嘅撈麵健康之選係自家煲嘅番茄湯之前試過確係真材實料至於嗜辣朋友識食一定係食紅湯(怕辣亦有白湯，係好香嘅豬骨湯底)花椒麻、紅油辣作潤飾仲可以加啲保寧醋酸麻辣食到豐富層次我唔太食到辣一口就要接一啖烏梅汁解辣朋友反倒係食得津津有味相信重口味嘅朋友可以再加麻加辣怕辣亦有白湯係好香嘅豬骨湯底高湯蒸蛋有茶碗蒸嘅影子清甜嫩滑表面淋上一層薄薄嘅雜醬熱辣辣食得好舒服清潤結尾有銀耳湯紅糖微甜透心涼清潤結尾有銀耳湯紅糖微甜透心涼
