To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一年一度的母親節就相約在呢間容記小菜王,呢間餐廳係米芝蓮推薦餐廳,不用多介紹。店內環境開揚,枱與枱之間濶落,令人坐得非常舒適。而且上菜速度不太快,啱晒我哋想坐得耐,一路食一路傾計的人。推介1即燒脆皮皇子乳豬,皮脆內嫩,唔油膩,而且無豬騷味。推介2極品脆皮燒鵝皇,皮脆之餘,D肉不會太乾,而且多汁。推介3鹵水掌翼,我最鐘意的,每次都會點的菜之一。係爽口既不會軟淋淋。推介4翡翠花姿珊瑚蚌,係我媽咪最愛的,佢就話好好食,不過我就覺得正常,無咩特別,不過呢D就個人口味啦,以上推介係我地每次幫襯必定要叫既餸,大家可以試下,本人就覺得都唔錯,會一直幫襯落去。
