今次我嚟到中環食Omakase🧑🏻‍🍳,呢度提供兩個套餐選擇。我揀咗$1980嘅套餐,而$2680嘅套餐就多咗餐牌紅色部分,包括季節蟹料理同特濃鮑魚肝煮,同埋其他菜式嘅食材都會更為高級。另外,餐廳仲有好多款Sake🍶同其他酒類供應。..🌙 夜Dinner $1980(另收加一服務費)..
1️⃣ 赤貝,靜岡水果蕃茄,和野菜(菜心) - 放在一個橘子皮入面。赤貝鮮甜爽口,蕃茄去皮,靜岡水果蕃茄是普通蕃茄的1.5倍甜度,係名貴食材,好甜。食埋野菜中和返個味道,口感清新又獨特。
2️⃣ 牡丹蝦配北海道白海膽,上面有一粒杞子 - 鮮美細膩,入口即化,令人回味無窮。
3️⃣ 左口魚魚邊 - 加咗柚子葉鹽,提鮮去腥,魚肉細嫩,味道層次豐富。
4️⃣ 日本粒貝 - 加咗蜜汁鹽同青檸汁,食落味道清爽。北海道北寄貝 - 加咗豉油,貝類鮮甜,口感爽脆。兩樣都可以加Wasabi食
5️⃣ 寒鰤(油甘魚) - 冬天嘅鰤魚,十公斤以上嘅油甘魚先至可以叫做鰤魚,冬天食最佳,油香味重,魚肉肥美,入口即化。

今次喺中環嘅Omakase體驗真係令人難忘。由前菜到甜品,每一道菜都係精緻同新鮮。師傅對食材嘅揀選同處理都表現出佢嘅專業同熱誠。特別推介牡丹蝦配北海道白海膽同埋壽司五貫,每一啖都係鮮味滿溢。環境雅緻,服務周到,真係一次非常高質嘅晚餐體驗。
