To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日來個早餐加午餐一起食,平日11點開門。可能太早的關係,食午餐嘅食客唔算多。雖然係地鋪,但要上一層,環境唔算大。話曬係米芝蓮推介💁🏻‍♀️,所以蠻期待食物味道。🥢燒腩仔(細)好咸,皮勉強脆,肉質硬及太瘦。🥢蔥花炸兩腸唯一驚喜!炸兩脆,腸粉薄滑,好味!🥢蜜汁叉燒腸腸粉係滑的,但叉燒硬。🥢沙律炸明蝦🍤餡料豐富,蝦仁係有質素的。🥢原隻蝦餃王蝦餃皮薄,味道正常發揮。🥢豉汁蒸鳳爪味道唔錯,鳳爪入味及入口鬆化。🥢雞絲粉卷一般,粉卷皮太軟了。🥢鮮竹牛肉球味道不足,喼汁味都失色。🥢櫻花蝦炒蛋白飯較為滿意,飯粒粒分明,炒得乾身,櫻花蝦帶點咸香味道。味道比預期遜色,而且價錢偏貴,有點兒失望。
