To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 當晚一早訂檯去容記食小菜,入座發現成間酒樓超級多人,坐位亦非常擠迫同時亦夾雜住唱卡拉OK既聲音。當晚點餐點了以下菜式:清蒸花咲蟹蟹既肉質比較淋同偏鹹,味道一般,有點失望。黑椒薯仔牛柳粒夠鑊氣又惹味,薯仔入味,牛柳夠淋身。容記第一咀墨魚咀炸得夠爽脆。節瓜浸魚腐節瓜與魚腐吸收了湯底精華,好入味👍🏻。黑醋排骨黑醋味唔夠入味,排骨只係掛左色,味道一般。拔絲鳳梨咕嚕肉非常好食,咕嚕肉炸得乾身配上甜酸醬好醒胃。海蜇雞絲海蜇相當爽脆再配上青瓜雞絲,辣味相當醒胃,做前菜一流。沙薑鳳爪味道中規中矩
