To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大堂明亮,二樓飯堂環境唔錯,一行四人叫左幾倘小菜,野食都OK,而且佢地近期做緊推廣,每人可以送一隻貴妃蚌(呢個認真幾好味)😋😋😋!不過服務果方面既效率尚有進步空間, 前日上去食父親節飯黎,我地食到中途叫人黎加水,有人黎應左,但等左好耐都無人黎加水😠😠😠!可能太忙啦,因為果陣樓面都已經爆曬!不過員工既態度都尚算幾好既!果晚每人大概二百蚊到落樓,以"容記"呢個招牌,加上食物質數有番一定水準, 晚市黎講, 都算抵食,唔錯!
