To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 傳說的平民米之蓮餐廳第一次食米芝蓮中餐廳,裝潢同一般嘅酒樓冇太大分別,不過侍應招待十分熱情,當晚疫情下都坐得滿人。 餐廳裏邊有個好大嘅月光,呢啲間餐廳應該主打係食海鮮。第一道叫左燒鵝例牌,因為是餐廳必食推介,上枱時仲係暖暖地,鵝皮下充滿我鵝油,非常邪惡,鵝皮甘香,肉質鮮嫩,十分推介!第二是燒腩仔,皮超脆,一層肉一層肥,上枱時肥膏反晒光非常好味,送白飯一流!第三是乳鴿,叫左一隻,味道OK, 都算大隻,但皮就林左,肉質可口!第四樣是炸墨魚咀,個人十分喜愛墨魚咀,呢間做得非常出色,雖然揸到卜卜脆,內裏仍然好鮮甜,外脆內軟,分量亦都十足。佢嘅價錢比起出邊中餐廳差不多,簡單味道遠超其他,而且仲係米芝蓮級數,性價比好高。
