To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日想食中菜黎到太子既容記小菜王聽聞佢地係米芝蓮推介的餐廳侍應熱情招呼我地見我地隻碟有骨 都會殷勤幫我地換碟座位都好寬敞,周圍環境都好衛生兩個人坐低有茶飲慢慢食好舒服食材同煮法都有不少選擇前菜會提供花生小食金沙脆蝦球金黃既蝦球大大粒 蝦肉彈牙有薄薄既粉漿沾滿綿密咸香既咸蛋黃再鋪上小小黑芝麻十分香口紅燒脆皮乳鴿平時唔係成日食中菜見到有燒乳鴿 真係雙眼發光🤩外表脆 肉夠嫩海皇撈粉絲最為惹味的一個菜用砂鍋盛載 上菜時候咋咋聲自己翻炒一下 香味撲鼻☺️材料除左主角粉絲外仲有蝦、蛋絲、菜絲粉絲夠乾身又唔油 條條分明所有野都入哂味 送飯一流份量都唔少 兩人食到好滿足價錢亦都合理下次會返黎試下佢馳名既燒鵝同堆容記第一嘴😊
