有時係新蒲崗食完晚飯出嚟,經過見到呢間餐廳成9點都仲有人喺度排隊,今次因為要就返朋友收工,終於有機會試下佢,原來9點開始入座仲有八五折👍📎滷水三拼:份量好足,除左自選個三拼外仲有豆腐墊底。三拼揀左大腸、豬腩肉、墨魚,大腸清潔得好乾淨,而且肥瘦腸都有,滷得好入味。豬腩肉肥瘦分明,瘦多過肥,所以食落一d都唔肥膩。厚切墨魚有海水味,口感又滑又彈牙。📎蜜汁燒鱔:應該係食過最好味既鱔,外皮燒到微微脆,鱔肉爽口彈牙,蜜汁調味恰到好處,滿分💯📎韭菜豬紅:應該係食打冷必點既菜之一,沙嗲味既醬汁好濃好惹味,又唔會太咸。豬紅好軟腍好滑,煮得好入味。因為今次得兩個人,仲有好多菜式未試到,bookmark左下次再黎試其他。

📎蜜汁燒鱔:應該係食過最好味既鱔,外皮燒到微微脆,鱔肉爽口彈牙,蜜汁調味恰到好處,滿分💯
