醉香乳鴿 凍食超有驚喜!同平時食開嘅熱辣辣乳鴿完全兩回事!上枱嗰陣浸住冰涼醉汁,聞落已經有陣陣花雕香~鴿肉食落超爽口,酒味唔會太濃但好入味,仲帶住少少甜味,唔飲酒嘅朋友都食到,凍凍哋咁食真係好refreshing!滷水鵝片 鵝片切得啱啱好,唔會太薄冇口感~個滷水汁真係調得勁正,唔會死鹹,仲有淡淡香料味。最正係連下面啲滷水豆腐都索晒味,辣椒油都好出色,我哋幾個搶住食,老豆仲加多咗碗飯脆皮豆腐 初初嗌佢係俾佢個黑色外表吸引咗,咬落去好脆,入面啲豆腐仲keep住超滑~點少少甜辣醬真係無得頂!食到停唔到口啊價錢有啲菜仲平過大排檔,坐得舒服,又勁冷氣 continue reading

Chao Zhang Restaurant潮盛館的鵝片拼盤三拼: 大腸﹑墨魚﹑豆腐: 第一次去潮盛館便點了他們的鵝片拼盤, 這三拼還真是個不錯的選擇,三款都各有特色和口感, 而且都不是像表面般容易去做得好食的食材。但因為我們喜歡吃海鮮, 又想吃得清淡一點, 便選了這個搭配, 結果論並沒有失望, 反而很喜歡。這個拼盤有大腸、墨魚和豆腐,每款都有自己獨特的風味。我尤其喜歡吃大腸, 但涼拌做得好是不容易的, 因為放涼吃多多少少比較硬一點, 而這裡的大腸處理得很好, 首先清潔得很乾淨, 讓我吃起來倍加安心, 然後經過醃製,吃起來味道香濃, 不會淡茂茂,口感軟嫩,搭配店家提供特製的醬油, 鮮味爆發, 吃起來非常開胃。墨魚亦爽口彈牙, 鮮味十足, 絲毫沒有腥味或怪味,只吃到海鮮的鮮甜味, 可說是物超所值。至於豆腐, 它看似味淡, 但其實吸收了所有味道的粹, 因為它像海綿般, 會吸收其他材料的鮮味, 一吃起來便很驚喜, 比想像中夠味, 甚至可以不用沾醬汁去食, 裡面口感滑嫩, 完全沒有overcook, 是個很清爽的選擇, 很適合夏天食用。然後這道菜可以單吃, 也可以配粥配飯, 味道十分豐富。 continue reading

呢間餐廳係新蒲崗,其實之前已經食過一次,感覺係唔好食,佢個鹵水鵝個汁係冇味嘅,叫個鹵水鵝,就畀曬啲骨人食,係冇乜肉嘅,成個飯好似齋食白飯咁。諗住睇下會唔會係咁啱,今次試第二樣,點知都係咁難食,今次食lunch叫咗個五香牛展飯加一杯嘢飲,首先個牛展係十分之咁鹹,又乾有d硬,好似醃咗幾日幾夜嘅牛展,拎出嚟畀人食咁,同埋個牛展側邊唔知點解用咩醃可以醃到佢係紅色,賣相已經好唔吸引,同埋個牛展太咸,食白飯都溝淡唔到。。😓😓😓 continue reading
