To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

身為抹茶控同大家介紹下好食抹茶甜品，我地已經係第2次專登黎呢間小店 - 松屋，水準依然keep到👍🏻! 佢地係主打京都丸久小山園抹茶甜品，好欣賞佢地專心研發唔同嘅抹茶甜品，係香港飲食業有呢份堅持的確唔容易，希望佢地頂得住，多d人去食😋~ 餐廳係位於西環，西營盤站出口行5分鐘左右就到，岩晒假期黎西環行下影相同搵cafe食！今次叫咗➡️"日式蕨餅抹茶心太軟伴抹茶雪糕"，擺盤好靚，味道好高質，絕對可以同日式抹茶名店比拼下! 👍🏻蕨餅嘅口感好彈牙，重點係抹茶心太軟裡面熱烘烘嘅抹茶溶漿好香濃滑順，流心嘅抹茶醬一切開就流出黎，茶香味十足。再加上旁邊冰凍嘅抹茶雪糕，味道清新又唔膩，冷熱兩感交融，搭配得非常好，味道好有層次，抹茶控一定要點!🤩另外今次除咗黎食抹茶，仲想試下➡️"Tiramisu"，見到佢份量十足，成個手掌心咁大。上層嘅可可粉微微苦澀，底層cream好綿密，口感濕潤柔軟，奶香味濃郁又不膩，每一啖都好有層次感😋！😎利申：之前仲黎食過➡️"我唔係荷包蛋"，個外型都好得意，好岩打卡，上層嘅自家製抹茶奶蓋濃郁幼滑，不妨一試!🤤🔹日式蕨餅抹茶心太軟伴抹茶雪糕 ($75)🔸Tiramisu ($75)🔹我
