Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

身為抹茶控同大家介紹下好食抹茶甜品,我地已經係第2次專登黎呢間小店 - 松屋,水準依然keep到👍🏻! 佢地係主打京都丸久小山園抹茶甜品,好欣賞佢地專心研發唔同嘅抹茶甜品,係香港飲食業有呢份堅持的確唔容易,希望佢地頂得住,多d人去食😋~ 餐廳係位於西環,西營盤站出口行5分鐘左右就到,岩晒假期黎西環行下影相同搵cafe食!今次叫咗➡️"日式蕨餅抹茶心太軟伴抹茶雪糕",擺盤好靚,味道好高質,絕對可以同日式抹茶名店比拼下! 👍🏻蕨餅嘅口感好彈牙,重點係抹茶心太軟裡面熱烘烘嘅抹茶溶漿好香濃滑順,流心嘅抹茶醬一切開就流出黎,茶香味十足。再加上旁邊冰凍嘅抹茶雪糕,味道清新又唔膩,冷熱兩感交融,搭配得非常好,味道好有層次,抹茶控一定要點!🤩另外今次除咗黎食抹茶,仲想試下➡️"Tiramisu",見到佢份量十足,成個手掌心咁大。上層嘅可可粉微微苦澀,底層cream好綿密,口感濕潤柔軟,奶香味濃郁又不膩,每一啖都好有層次感😋!😎利申:之前仲黎食過➡️"我唔係荷包蛋",個外型都好得意,好岩打卡,上層嘅自家製抹茶奶蓋濃郁幼滑,不妨一試!🤤🔹日式蕨餅抹茶心太軟伴抹茶雪糕 ($75)🔸Tiramisu ($75)🔹我唔係荷包蛋 ($58)

西環區域除左我最近上癮嘅煲仔飯之外,原來仲有間隱世嘅抹茶甜品小店,入面嘅抹茶甜品選項陣係齊全到你唔信,有抹茶卷、抹茶戚風蛋糕、抹茶心太軟等等(就算帶埋唔係抹茶控嘅朋友一齊來,都仲有好幾款non-抹茶嘅選擇滿足佢😌)/日式蕨餅抹茶心太軟伴抹茶雪糕$75/心太軟切開即刻連埋抹茶雪糕一齊流落來,超吸睛👀心太軟口感軟熟,抹茶味香而不澀,配抹茶雪糕🍦同少許紅豆🫘真係好夾。蕨餅煙韌得來質感係滑身,平時出邊食開個d一般痴左好多粉粒,口感不太好。/冰抹茶$40/茶味幾香,口感舒爽,係解決春日悶熱天氣嘅good choice~🍹

呢間鋪頭唔算大,先有果啲小店FEEL。我哋叫咗兩款甜品,首先係法式焦糖燉蛋配雲尼拿雪糕,呢個唔錯!燉蛋口感滑溜,焦糖面層燒得香脆,帶有微微嘅焦香,配上雲尼拿雪糕,冷熱交融跟住係雙色蕨餅,呢個都唔錯喎!平時覺得街外果啲成嚿粉,但佢呢間蕨餅口感煙煙韌韌,帶有淡淡嘅甜味,雙色分別係抹茶同原味,抹茶味濃郁,原味就清新,兩款都好有特色。評分:👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻/5另外我地叫多杯綠茶飲,不過個人覺得少甜。評分:👍🏻/5如果你鍾意食綠茶或者想搵個地方Hea下,呢度可以考慮一下!整體味道指數:😋😋/5性價比:💰💰/5環境:❤️❤️/5服務:✅✅/5
