To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 細細個已經成日同屋企人去容記小菜王飲茶食飯,宜家大個左到我帶媽媽黎。安排坐卡位,座位好舒服,呢度仲係米芝蓮推薦既餐廳,仲係少鹽少糖食店, 小炒好食又有特色。先黎一碟前菜,木耳爽口,少少辣食完好開胃。揚名國際燒肉 (細) $982018年米芝蓮推介,唔少食評都有點名讚佢嘅燒肉,個名仲要叫揚名國際咁厲害,當然要試下啦!燒肉一上枱已經好吸引,睇見已經流哂口水。燒肉切得四四方方、整整齊齊, 層次亦分明。上層好脆皮,中層有啲肥膏再下層有鮮肉。皮脆肉嫩之餘, 肥肉瘦肉比例啱啱好, 唔會太肥膩或太乾身。旁邊放有青芥末醬,感覺無咁濃味同攻鼻, 所以唔會蓋過燒肉嘅味道。洗衣機蒜香骨 $98菜名幾特別,呢個蒜香骨同樣係招牌菜之一,蒜香骨好惹味, 肉質不會太韌,炸粉夠薄,外層仍然炸得好脆,同時又鎖得住肉汁,肉質保持到軟熟唔會乾憎憎,非常香口,煮得出色。七味脆豆腐 $78七味炸豆腐色澤金黃,好似小金磚一樣。炸完後的豆腐表層香脆,內裡有如鮮奶般的滑溜,配上七味粉,令豆腐變得更加惹味。
