Restaurant: 容記小菜王

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 容哥第一嘴原來就是椒鹽墨魚咀,墨魚咀不大也不少,一口吃下去剛剛好,薄薄的脆漿緊緊包住墨魚咀,金黃、甘香又酥脆,炸得很乾身,沒有過多的油,鹹香的椒鹽輕輕地撒在黃金戰衣上,調味恰到好處,內裹的墨魚咀爽脆彈牙,入口帶點咀嚼感。

香脆既口感唔可以比佢停!

本身我對蝦餅沒有太大的期望,因為以我的認識,蝦餅多數是在泰國菜中出現,廣東菜一般較少有。誰知彈牙鮮蝦餅的賣相也吸引,金黃的外表相當薄身,隱隱約約見到鮮蝦的粉紅肉色,整體厚薄均勻,咬下去外脆,但一點都不硬,蝦餅鮮香襲人,肉質彈性十足,可見選料特別新鮮,口感很好呢!
