To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喜歡吃廚師發辦,冇可能常常飛,香港也有好吃的,位於上環、向來有水準的「鮨燐」,14貫壽司廚師發辦晚餐,原價每位$1388,現正推出六五折優惠,值得把握機會!出菜有序,組合富心思,師傅細心解說,刺身長過飯,比例理想,全部壽司已預先調味,大家只需要相信,休閒坐着吃。這晚我最喜歡前菜的九州粟米、長崎縣新鮮青魚壽司及大拖羅壽司。九州粟米.螢光魷魚.靜崗蕃茄非常出色的前菜,很喜歡九州粟米,粟米蓉上有少少粟米添口感,真心超甜,好好味。螢光魷魚很嫩,伴以蛋黃醬及青瓜合拍。靜崗蕃茄酸甜多汁,配上的醋啫喱錦上添花,非常醒胃。日本鱸魚壽司.蘿蔔蓉肉質彈牙,與微辣的蘿蔔蓉很夾。北海道墨魚壽司.青檸汁.豉油肉質比較黏,刻意在表面以刀輕切多下倍增層次感。岩手縣青貝壽司.竹炭鹽亦是一般的做法,師傅用掌心拍青貝一下,令其更爽,的確很爽甜。鮫鰈魚壽司又名左口魚或多寶魚,鮫鰈魚是大條的,放在頂端是自身的肥美的魚邊,一起吃,整件壽司都變得更豐收魚,本身雖然魚味較淡,但肥美補不足。大分縣深池壽司.麵豉醬開始魚味比較濃的魚種,大分縣深池,麵豉醬增鹹香。梳子魚壽司.芝麻又名竹籤魚,調味中加了點芝麻,輕輕提味。神內川黑睦魚壽司.
