同個朋友晚飯,見到mikiki隔離有間食潮式野,裝修都幾新淨,朋友話好累唔想行,兩個人叫左鹽香雞,味道同一般鹽焗雞差唔多。但係隻雞嘅質地就特別D,皮比較黃,比較硬身、脆口。所以唔會食落口就成口油咁。仲叫左個鹵水拼盤,裏面好多選擇嘅;揀左鵝腎、墨魚同埋豬耳。同一煲鹵水,鵝腎同豬耳味道差不多,不過唔會食到好大陣雪藏內臟味,墨魚就唔係一般打冷見到果D橙色嘅,下面有炸豆腐墊底,之後再叫左鹵水鵝片,肉味好濃,如果厚身D就更佳。同樣都係有炸豆腐墊底,正最後,又勁眼闊肚窄叫咗個凍烏頭,鹹味都夠,唔洗下下點醬。魚身有花雕味,幾新奇,不嬲凍魚都係用鹽堆住,好少有酒味。如果再凍身D就仲正。
