To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 容記小菜王在深水埗福華街年代的小型飯店,已有名氣,很多街坊和慕名者幫趁!據闻容哥曾是菲律賓總統的御厨, 也曾在電台開咪介紹烹調美食!最近知道它們在太子道西重開,那天晚上我地9点零鍾去懷舊下!首先來一盅北菇燉螺頭湯 - 湯底很香的菇味,加上有螺頭,雞脚和唐排,可以飲多两碗!天下第一雞 即是上湯浸的切雞!半隻已經很夠份量!瓦煲焗魚腸, 經典懷舊菜, 用魚腸和雞蛋混合焗至金黄,加上胡椒粉很夾和有辟腥作用!加多一款清淡些花膠杞子浸時蔬!飯後甜品桂花糕 - 有D似大菜糕質感,不太甜!
