To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 網上訂枱已經確認，突然之間話訂枱已經滿，迫使客戶改時間，又用最底消費恐嚇客戶，好似講你公司冇錯，咁樣服務態度真係差！未食已經係咁，若然今天不能接受網上預訂，不如取消網上訂枱安排大家都好啲。由櫃面職員，到經理，不是解決問題，要迫客戶消取訂枱。才是罷休。我今次好好知道貴洒樓服務質素。經理素質，最好笑，叫客人1 小時用餐時段。你估中年放飯咩，1 小時用膳時間。你諗客戶感受如何啦，怪不得港人返國內消費。若然不懂怎樣處理，不如上下如何管埋餐飲服務課程吧！簡直係不知所為。末食都係咁服務！不懂想像
