To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 容記小菜王今日一家人去食小菜,一見到門面就大大隻字小菜王,所以就決定喺度食啦,因為見到好多人,餐廳都闊落,有一個大魚缸好多新鮮海鮮,服務員態度親切殷勤。沙拉蝦球$148加咗一層薄面粉炸,所以蝦球保留左鮮味,蝦肉仲係好嫩滑,配甜甜的沙律醬,一流!媽媽都話好好食。容記第一嘴$88超級大粒,真係第一次見咁大粒嘅墨魚咀,外皮炸到好鬆脆,裏面好煙銀,口感十足。極品脆皮燒鵝王半隻$208皮脆肉嫩,好香,真係好食,冇諗過咁好食有驚喜。蠔皇原隻南非孔雀鮮鮑魚鵝掌$68鮑魚入味,鵝掌好淋,價錢都抵。花膠翅裙姬松了茸湯$48味道濃郁,好多配料,有雞肉、雞腳、螺頭,好低飲。整體而言有驚喜,比想像中好食,特別係燒鵝,回想仲係回味無窮,下次會想試埋其他款式嘅小菜。

蠔皇原隻南非孔雀鮮鮑魚鵝掌$68
鮑魚入味,鵝掌好淋,價錢都抵。
