香港十二月低温持續,凍冰冰的天氣,最適合食暖身羊腩煲,一大煲羊腩放在電爐上保持熱辣辣的温度,實在太正喇黑草羊腩煲---中份$368份量也足夠四人共享,再加上支竹,馬蹄,羌葱,蒜頭,冬菇,用南乳燜煮,羊腩入口滑淋,超好味跟一客生菜和每人一小碟靈魂腐乳醬--蟹皇豆苗--蟹黃很多,但蟹膏味不重,略為失色--酸菜魚--器皿係用超大size嘅碟上枱,但份量應該用一大鍋來形容,魚肉口感新鮮嫩滑,豆卜,大量芫荽,葱,乾辣椒,味道不錯。但因為天氣凍,餸菜不能條持熱度,影響了味道。
