四個人食咗九樣野(唔記得咗影個炒飯同菜同老火湯職員表示我哋都大食😂食完肚都凸咗出嚟冰鎮花雕鮑魚一啲都唔韌 但係酒味好淡招牌龍蝦雞煲 (少辣 細煲)龍蝦爽口 雞夠滑下次有機會可以試嗌中辣薯仔牛柳粒屬正常質素無出名嗰幾間咁好食蒜蓉蟶子好多蒜蓉 不得了辣妹炒蜆感覺好似係雞煲嘅辣醬但係較濃味 只係食到個麻辣味蜆嘅份量好多鼓油皇鵝腸好重鼓油皇嘅香味鵝腸夠爽口

呢間好哋,好local嘅飯店,一行三人,首先叫咗佢哋嘅名菜,就係海鮮雞煲,鍾意食辣嘅就好啱,辣到啱啱好,感覺好正。都算多材料,海鮮包括有蝦同埋蜆,屬於正常size,肉質都新鮮,唔係梅肉嚟嘅。另外叫咗個牛肉炒通菜,椒鹽九肚魚,同埋豉油王炒麵。牛肉通菜係有鑊氣嘅,正正常常。椒鹽九肚魚就有啲失色,好細條,好多粉,每一啖咬落去都好似食緊炸麵粉咁樣。至於個豉油王炒麵就要扣分,面質OK,但係10分10分10分鹹😓

#食物體驗叫咗黑草羊腩煲價錢$368(中),味道唔差,但冇網上講到咁好食。羊腩件數都幾多,羊臊味唔會太重,對唔鍾意羊味嘅人來講都幾友善。不過,個人覺得肉唔夠肥,不過整體嚟講都算好味。另外,我哋仲嗌咗椒鹽鮮魷炸大腸,炸得酥脆有鑊氣,味道都幾好,係一個唔錯小食選擇。#服務態度及環境服務態度有啲差,本身book咗五個人,但去到竟然得一張四人枱,店員要我哋坐迫啲,因為其他枱都俾人book咗。我心諗,我都book咗五個人😂環境好迫,所以成餐飯食到好辛苦,好唔舒服!

今日與老公到旺角食飯,揀咗食中餐,呢間餐廳好有大排檔風味,以港式小炒及煲仔菜為主打。花甲海蝦雞煲(細)上桌已聞到濃郁醬香,煲內材料滿滿,肥美花甲吐沙乾淨、海蝦大隻爽彈鮮甜,雞件新鮮,肉質嫩滑,吸盡秘製醬汁的精華。可以自己挑選辣度,我哋揀咗BB辣。雞煲醬以蒜蓉、辣椒、豉油調製,微辣,越煮越惹味,細煲份量足夠2-3人分享。椒鹽脆鮮魷 即叫即炸的鮮魷外層酥脆,內裡保持軟嫩彈牙,椒鹽調味鹹香適中,撒上炸蒜粒,佐酒一流,毫無油膉味。白飯 軟硬適中,是配濃味煲仔醬汁的最佳拍檔。

朋友帶我去佐敦街坊小店,個**海蝦花甲雞煲**真係邪惡到極!一揭蓋就聞到陣沙薑混雞肉嘅香氣,啲海蝦爆膏超香口,花甲脹卜卜,一啜成啖海水鮮甜湧出嚟。雞件應該用咗三黃雞,連皮食都唔覺膩!香口又好食!一鍋大大煲送飯一流!煲底仲藏住索晒味嘅洋蔥同芹菜食到中段加多份**爽魚皮**,冰鎮上枱超爽口,魚皮切到手指公咁闊,咬落去先脆後糯,個質地有啲似炸豬皮但更彈牙。點少少醬汁好好食。仲叫咗美味嘅辣椒仔呢個辣椒仔蟹煎釀三寶嗰款辣椒仔嚟㗎,但係就咁食油好好食好香口甜甜地幾特別
