聽朋友講,尖沙咀有間越式餐廳,推出左香港首創的限定小黃牛肉粉系列,我哋就嚟試吓,結果係冇令人失望⭐️越式匙柄湯粉咁多樣入面,最唔可以錯過嘅就係依個湯粉,依個系列有3個牛的部位比人揀,分別係匙炳、吊龍同雪花,而我就揀左匙柄,口感甜嫩無渣,加上湯底層次豐富,仲可以加上生芽菜、青檸汁、九層塔等,充滿越式風味⭐️香茅豬頸肉炒金邊粉豬頸肉好彈牙,而且金邊粉好爽口,即刻一試⭐️越南咖喱牛腩鍋牛腩新鮮,而且咖喱味濃郁,佢可以揀配法包或薄餅,而我哋揀咗薄餅,點上大量嘅咖喱汁,開胃得黎,仲好香口⭐️牛油雞翼雞翼表面放咗濃濃嘅蒜,配合牛油,整體嚟講好香,而且佢仲配搭咗蘿蔔絲同青檸等食材,中和左油膩同滯嘅感覺
