位於 尖沙咀The One Level 4 「Le Viet 」,扶手電梯一上就見到十分colourful 嘅招牌,位置不難找。坐位及整體環境都舒服嘅。食物供應方面,傳統越式小食、炒粉麵飯都有供應。而當中比較特別就係「越南小黃牛肉粉系列」,價錢由$78-$92不等,而且每日限量發售。另外亦有一些餐廳推介,「海鮮帽子酸辣鍋」較少有,原價$380現推廣價只需$298。本人首選想試越南小黃牛肉粉系列中嘅《越式吊龍河粉》($82),可惜當天已經售罄,於是改試《匙柄湯河》($78),的確不錯,湯底夠熱夠濃香😋,性價比高。《越式豬頸肉炒金邊粉》($93),金邊粉色澤目測比較淡,不過豬頸肉份量頗多,而且肉質爽口夠肉香。小食最愛《墨魚餅》($92),鮮味十足而且好彈牙😁。《扎肉燻蹄紙米卷》($58)亦都幾清新。《蘆薈柑桔檸檬特飲》($36)《百香果綠茶特飲》($36)特飲味道亦都很不錯。 continue reading

最近黎到THE ONE 行街, 順便食埋DINNER~太耐冇食越南菜, 就揀左LE VIET ~見到有新MENU, 係Le Viet越南小黃牛肉粉系列, 靈感源自小黃牛, 有3大部分可以揀, 包括: 吊龍、雪花及匙柄~我地揀左小黃牛吊龍湯粉, 湯頭濃郁, 香氣撲鼻;吊龍牛肉味道濃郁, 湯粉吸收哂湯汁精華!另外叫左個菠蘿海鮮炒飯, 賣相好OK!菠蘿香氣濃郁, 多汁又甜~ 酸酸甜甜既感覺加上海鮮炒飯、黃姜粉同本身既菠蘿殼,好開胃!串燒點左雞翼同墨魚丸, 雞翼正正常常, 冇特別, 不過墨魚丸出奇地好食, 而且又彈牙可口.最後仲點左個飛天炒通菜, 炒得香口惹味有穫氣~OVERALL 價錢合理坐得舒服~ continue reading

相約朋友在尖沙咀食飯相識多時,原來他的父母是越南華僑,所以他突然帶我去食一些比較正宗的越南餐(5⭐️最高)精選拼盤(5⭐️)當中有扎肉蒸粉包、蝦餅、春卷及豬頸肉。當中我比較喜歡的是扎肉蒸粉包😋 ;是他們傳統的小食口感就如中式的腸粉,但內裏是以素菜為主⋯⋯越式扎肉炒飯(5⭐️)扎肉被切成幼細條狀,配合蕃茄同蛋一起炒。每一粒飯都均勻味道,剛剛好大人細佬都啱食👍🏻越式匙柄金邊粉(5⭐️)匙柄就指連住肩胛骨的牛肉,肉質中間有條明顯的「樹杈筋」肉質細嫩,汁多彈牙🥰。所以用嚟配湯麵粉就最適合🤤。春卷扎肉撈檬(5⭐️)卜卜脆的春卷配合原味扎肉,檬粉爽滑彈牙;配合甜酸汁真係好開胃😝 continue reading
