To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 容記小菜王重出江湖,讓一眾容記擁躉為之振奮。新店位置就腳,近太子地鐵站。難怪平日都有等位的人龍。新店樓底高,裝潢如酒樓,乾淨企理,坐得很舒適。只是人聲鼎沸,跟朋友聊天要坐近點,說話要大聲點。重出江湖, 菜單如昔。想吃久違的招牌沙拉骨,可惜同行友人不愛沙律醬,改點菠蘿咕嚕肉。咕嚕肉炸得香口不會硬身,醬汁酸甜適中,吃得我倆津津有味。菜心炒牛肉,看似普通簡單的家常小菜,但要炒得好吃,當中的哲學不簡單。菜心炒得翠綠爽脆,同時又很腍甜。牛肉採用安格斯牛肉,牛肉味特別濃郁。整晚的高潮是豉椒炒蟶子王。蟶子王長如筷子,肉質很有彈性,味道極為鮮甜。豉椒汁超香,蟶子王炒得很夠鑊氣,必吃推介!小菜夠份量,夠鑊氣,絕對地保持著過往的水平。容哥好野!
