To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 新年期間,最開心的就是連鎖餐廳年中無休,仲要無加價,有飯食,非常方便!😆今晚,我們來到《翠華餐廳》,一坐低,即刻就點佢哋最受歡迎嘅「招牌奶油豬」,外脆內軟,每一啖都好鬆脆,真係好食到停唔到口。試埋新出嘅「芝士奶蓋阿華田西多」,配埋「芝士奶蓋X港式奶茶」,套餐先至46蚊,真係超值!阿華田味好濃,加上厚厚嘅芝士奶泡,一啖咬落去,奶蓋好似瀑布咁傾瀉而下,視覺效果同味道都一流!🤓我最愛食「焗豬扒飯」。豬扒厚身又有口感,肉質鬆軟,醬汁香濃,上面仲鋪滿咗芝士。可以揀白飯或者意粉底,不過原來唔揀,就會變咗炒飯底,呢個喺咩選擇🙈,大家落單嗰陣要留意喇!😏Alex就選了晚市套餐A的「鐵板洋蔥豬扒拼香草豬肉腸配薯菜」。同樣都是豬扒,但同冠軍焗豬扒飯嗰個好唔同,係薄切嘅,口感又係另一種風味。
