To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早茶,下午茶超級平,廿幾三十蚊有孖寶,選擇都多,,小點都係$12.8,四個人埋單都係二百幾,早茶亦不需等位。但食物質素就真係好一般,白粥都有加味精,幾個點心都好鹹,食完之後,去到中午四點都仲口渴,真係平都冇用。個腸粉啲皮勁黏,口感好差。蝦餃皮都好厚,馬拉糕不夠熱。店員亦都唔夠,揾個人加水都冇,要自己加水,要碟豆辦醬又唔記得比。不過都係果句,咁平就不能要求太多。座位都算寬闊,星期日都唔洗等位,都係一個優點。
