Restaurant: 容記小菜王

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 【太子容記小廚:港式大排檔的鑊氣小炒】藏身於太子區的容記小廚,已經開業多年,之前已經聽過好多人介紹過,今次新年團拜揀左呢間餐廳黎試下,同屋企人第一次黎食,果然鑊氣十足。最有印象係招牌「容記小炒王」將鑊功展現得淋漓盡致,個人超鐘意食腰果,要黎送啤酒堪稱絕配。另外「蒸鱔」又嫩又滑,好入味,好好味其他餸菜不過不失,唯一唔好食既就係「蒸柚皮」口感似蘿蔔,個人覺得麻麻哋不過啲位就好逼,坐得唔舒服8個人,人均消費大概3百元

藏身於太子區的容記小廚,已經開業多年,之前已經聽過好多人介紹過,今次新年團拜揀左呢間餐廳黎試下,同屋企人第一次黎食,果然鑊氣十足。

最有印象係招牌「容記小炒王」將鑊功展現得淋漓盡致,個人超鐘意食腰果,要黎送啤酒堪稱絕配。
另外「蒸鱔」又嫩又滑,好入味,好好味
其他餸菜不過不失,唯一唔好食既就係「蒸柚皮」口感似蘿蔔,個人覺得麻麻哋

不過啲位就好逼,坐得唔舒服
