放工同朋友去居酒屋鬆一鬆,呢間響正k11斜對面,非常就腳!先嚟一個迷之刀五點刺身盛合:有牡丹蝦、吞拿魚腩、油甘魚、北海道帶子同三文魚魚子卷,食材非常新鮮!牛油果山葵漬:非常之特別!!以前都知道牛油果點日本豉油會有刺身嘅感覺~原來加埋山葵(wasabi)同雪菜,會有另外一番體驗~好清新,好fresh!清酒煮白蛤鍋:份量非常充足,白蛤好大隻,勁鮮甜~灑上蔥花,香氣四溢!三文魚層層疊:最底係青瓜卷,上面鋪咗好多三文魚條,再加上沙律醬同芝士片~服務員幫你用火槍燒到香曬,卜卜聲起晒泡!一啖咬落去,滿足感爆燈!厚切牛舌芯:係我食過咁多次牛舌芯最好食嘅一次!佢配上一個好特別嘅芥末醬同檸檬汁,燒得剛剛好,中間仲係鮮嫩嘅粉紅色 !雞皮餃子:起初以為會有啲油膩,點知佢個雞皮非常薄,燒到好香脆~包住餃子餡,點返個柚子醋,完全平衡返啲味蕾!串燒:叫咗軟骨雞肉棒,一定係配玉子~仲有雞中翼,鹽燒係冇得輸嘅!最後整杯菠蘿燒酎,完美的一餐!
