平時食中菜都缺少儀式感,攞盤通常都好悶。今次介紹嘅「个園竹語」就主打中式嘅精緻料理,每道菜都整得好靚。同朋友、家人過嚟都會有驚喜。繁花年華套餐(2位起)(優惠價$588)前菜个園煙燻溏心蛋•蜜汁脆膳•陳醋海蜇頭香濃煙燻流心蛋、香脆膳片、爽口微酸海蜇頭。湯品紅燒蟹肉竹笙魚翅熱辣辣嘅魚翅湯,足料蟹肉和竹笙。一絲一絲魚翅好有滿足感。主菜乾燒原隻虎蝦橙黃色新鮮大蝦,醬汁滲哂入蝦肉入面,口感彈牙又入味。脆皮安格斯牛肉煎到好靚嘅三角形,仲要加咗紅葉脆片做裝飾。外層煎到香脆,內層微粉紅又多汁。揚州蘿蔔扣鮑魚店員話蘿蔔先係主角,差唔多入口即溶嘅感覺。鮑魚就有嚼勁,肉質就軟腍。最後仲有上湯浸時蔬、鐵板上的小籠包和豆沙香蕉配什果杏仁豆腐,真係好豐富。
