To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 兩個女的吃晚餐,可選擇菜式真的有限。選擇了-酸菜魚 和北京填鴨北京填鴨賣相一流,我眼見,差不多枱枱都有叫這道餸菜。配搭中有秘製脆口的腐皮,青瓜和紅蘿蔔,點上醬料就包在煙韌又薄的餅皮上....真...超....正酸菜魚...一上枱,我真的以為是魚呢!無論湯底,素魚,酸菜或薯粉,整個配搭實在比美真魚....只可以講...呢個都必食。比起一般傳統素食,這間餐廳選擇多,款式新穎,唯一是枱與枱之空間較窄。本來想吃甜品,肚子都沒空位了。座位不太多,晚餐一定要訂位。午市就可以碰一下運氣必定..必定...會再去.

無論湯底,素魚,酸菜或薯粉,整個配搭實在比美真魚....只可以講...
呢個都必食。

比起一般傳統素食,這間餐廳選擇多,款式新穎,唯一是枱與枱之空間較窄。
本來想吃甜品,肚子都沒空位了。
座位不太多,晚餐一定要訂位。
午市就可以碰一下運氣
