To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次經過金祥總覺得它有種「金牌老店」的格調,簡單的裝潢加上店外自信地貼起 「 馳名」 排骨麵的誘人相片,總引起進內一試招牌菜的衝動。 恰巧今晚晚餐時分剛好經過,終於試到使我心動已久的小店滋味。一坐進卡位便揚手叫了碗馳名排骨麵。店裏客人不算少,但麵還是五分鐘內便送到眼前,效率頗高。 粗麵浸在清湯中,金黃色的排骨則放在碟中另上。望見排骨肉中滲着肉汁, 立即趁熱往口裏送一塊, 果然,外脆內軟又不油膩──炸粉夠薄、肉質夠嫩、加上層層肉絲間的酥香肉汁, 甚至讓人聯想起台灣遠近馳名酥香多汁的大雞排,十分驚喜。相比之下, 粗麵便較失色。麵質不爽口, 咬下去麵心好像未煮熟,有點黏牙;湯中似乎放了味精, 味道不太自然, 有點失望, 或許下次轉吃米線較好吧(應該會有下次,哈哈)。
