To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間蒸海鮮係銅鑼灣見過好多次,已經好想食!今竟然來食,就食好DD,揀左尊貴海鮮套餐$449一位,有10款海鮮,包括膏蟹,南非乾鮑、紐西蘭月亮貝、加拿大海虎蝦、鰻魚、韓國釜山珍珠蠔、澳洲龍蝦、蟹皇大元貝,而且仲有蔬菜籃,超級豐富。我自己就真係唔識控制火候,幸好呢度會有店員幫手睇住,基本上係逐樣海鮮幫你計時,可以慢慢食+傾計。要讚一讚,真係好勤力幫我地換碟同蒸海鮮。整體來講, 鮑魚大隻彈牙,蠔係超級大隻好好食,推薦蟹黃大元貝,有秘製的蟹膏好正。第一次食蒸鰻魚,原來甘好食👍最精華都係蒸鍋的粥底。吸收海鮮的精華,非常鮮甜。以食海鮮的價錢來講都算合理,鍾意食海鮮既可以體驗下。🥢蟹仙海鮮蒸碢大公館 🌏銅鑼灣謝斐道500號維安商業大廈地舖至1樓
