To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 容記小菜王之前聽過朋友講好出名,之前一直無機會食,最近聽朋友講係太子重開,就緊係約三五知已去食個飯。我地叫左4個小菜加一個湯。瑤柱冬瓜盅係夏天解暑既湯水之一。內裡的配料比想像中的多, 入口清甜,  而且冬瓜好入味,冬瓜刮起時都無散開, 份量勁多,每人都起碼飲左三四碗。鮮蝦餅: 外表炸得金黃,食落係熱辣辣, 脆口彈牙,但又唔覺得太油膩,蝦味足。蜜汁叉燒皇: 叉燒燒得好香,叉燒肥肉同瘦肉比例均衡,肉質鬆軟,肉汁完全鎖住係叉燒內。容記鐵板原條茄子:上枱職員會先用較剪剪開一舊舊,香噴噴熱辣辣,茄子外皮香脆,中間釀了肉碎,食落味道香濃,口感好juicy。沙拉汁明蝦球:蝦球蘸過薄漿炸脆 , 再加進適量沙律醬掛係蝦球上,令人特別開胃,蝦球夠大,而且爽彈。
