To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 容記呢個名聽過無數次,食就真係第一次食!今次叫咗幾個小菜,表現都幾好👍🏻,碟頭亦夠大。地理位置優越,距離太子地鐵站🚉唔太遠夠曬方便。🌟揚名國際燒肉 - 細燒腩仔燒腩仔有得揀大/細份,今次就叫咗細份都好夠食。燒腩仔層次分明,皮好似食緊薯片🤣,脂肪同肉比例大概係3:7。餐廳提供咗芥末醬同海鮮醬去點燒肉食,芥末醬唔係傅統嘅黃色,反而係綠色,不過食落又唔似Wasabi🤣。🌟椒鹽鮮魷食小炒必點之選 - 椒鹽鮮魷(餐廳有提供黃金鮮魷都好想試!),炸漿夠曬薄身,入口夠曬鬆脆。鮮魷肉質厚實鮮甜。加上惹味嘅炸蒜辣椒🧄🌶️,撈飯一流!🌟濃湯手打魚腐浸勝瓜呢碟嘅份量係超大碟,最開心嘅係唔止勝瓜多,係連魚腐嘅份量都好佛心❣️。勝瓜唔鞋口冇渣,魚腐重魚肉味,質感同魚米家嘅魚腐相近。濃湯🍲好飲,飲完又唔覺得口渴👍🏻。🌟招牌沙拉骨沙拉骨用上嘅豬扒有用上少量咖哩粉醃,夠曬入味。再用埋有芥辣味嘅沙律醬嚟炒,正呀😜。
