To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 容記之所以叫容記,正正係當年佢老細叫容哥屹立深水埗20多年,當年質素真係好高之後轉營太子店後,一開始都還好可能容哥仲喺度,但呢幾年佢推出後真係差咗好多😵招牌燒腩仔,叫咗碟細嘅試試,質素仲差過平時啲茶樓,個脆皮唔脆已經係死罪,最少平時飲茶食嘅燒腩仔係脆先😡
