荃灣宮廷式火鍋，帶我穿越時空回到古代，體驗帝王般的盛宴！環境雅緻，進饍過程儀式感十足！首先係9宮格醬汁盤比你慢慢溝靈魂醬汁。然後到火鍋，一落湯就煙霧四起猶如置身仙境！其餘食材都係出住煙咁上，非常打卡友好😆。卜卜蜆滿滿一大鍋！伊比利亞橡果豬肉片同各款牛肉都香味十足🤤！尤其牛肉有各種部位包括牛舌，各有各香，連牛胸爽都有，真係意料之外！手打蟹子鮮蝦丸足料又彈牙，帶子新鮮厚肉。雜菜拼盤都幾多菜款。竹蔗茅根都非常清甜，食住火鍋又飲返啖下下火好正！另外壓軸甜品火焰豆腐花亦非常有特色，睇得又好食！望住店員先落黃糖再落糖水，最後點火，儀式感滿滿！☺️唔止睇得，食落表層焦香，內層滑捋捋充滿豆香。好食！
