To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 晚飯等位半小時,安排張超細枱加係收銀隔離都算,上菜慢,一個餸食完先上下一個餸,其中一個粉絲蟹煲等左勁耐先話冇蟹,要cancel。好啦,轉叫燒鵝,隻鵝食哂全部餸都未黎,算啦今次我cancel你。講返d餸,燒肉口感令人感覺放左好耐,皮已經由脆變硬, 蒜蓉粉絲蒸元貝,上台一啲蒸氣都冇, 唔知蒸咗幾耐,完全唔夠熱,豉椒炒蜆簡直冇炒過,完全係將啲汁同蜆撈埋一齊就上碟。 上菜慢,樓面又趕催收碟, 啲嘢未食曬就想收,態度又差,叫佢上個生日蛋糕,又無啦啦攞張單比你埋單。 成餐飯簡直兩個字,垃圾。 唯一可取之處係朝日啤酒唔使15蚊一支算平, 唔會有下次。
