To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 環境一流,絕對可以請客食飯唔失禮,但係單點的話,啲嘢真係超級貴,最好食係碟叉燒2百幾蚊,雖然係貴,但係真係我食過最好食嘅叉燒,最難食係碟椰菜花,硬骨骨,又冇厘味道,我屋企個姐姐炒得好食過佢,居然都要百幾蚊,擺盤又唔係靚,除咗係比多啲錢買個靚景之外,真係唔知佢貴喺邊?可惜我哋坐近門口,距離窗口舞雷公咁遠,乜景都睇唔到,下次如果訂位,記得要同佢講明要坐近窗邊,如果唔係真係嘥咗,唔使嚟呢度食,平均$800位,其實好多選擇。
