To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次去太子站附近間米之蓮推介既食店朝聖，好近港鐵站，搭電梯上一樓，入到去，揀佐咗靠窗4人sofa 位座，座位寬敞舒適，餐牌菜琳瑯滿目，我哋點佐4道菜，送到枱時間快，食物水準高，尤其喜歡黃金鮮魷，好有鑊氣又惹味，食到停唔到口, 超級推介👍👍👍~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~💫 極品燒鵝皇鵝肉入味，皮脆肉滑多汁，而且不冇腥味，鵝皮色澤赤紅帶光澤，上枱時暖暖的，用嚟送飯，正👍 💫揚名國際燒肉燒肉皮脆肉嫩，一層肥一層瘦相間，食時唔會油膩，豬皮鬆化香脆，味道帶點炭香，直得推介👍💫 黃金鮮魷爽脆炸粉，炸至金黃色，好有鑊氣，魷魚肉質厚嫩，加上咸蛋黃，咸香又脆口，好惹味😋💫 濃湯雜菜煲最鐘意食雜菜煲，菜多湯底清甜，冇味精，材料豐富，有珊瑚蚌，帶子粒，蝦仁，雜菜，粉絲。

鵝肉入味，皮脆肉滑多汁，而且不冇腥味，鵝皮色澤赤紅帶光澤，上枱時暖暖的，用嚟送飯，正👍
