To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 舊年3 月有一件轟動飲食界的事, 就係貴為菲律賓御廚加上米芝蓮加持嘅容哥退休。雖說兩日後除了明哥外原班人馬復活。但無衝動去食。闊別一年。經過深水埗這個平民美食天堂,此終心思思去試一次。今次兩個女仔所點唔多。只係兩個餸。“天下第一雞”係我必點嘅餸,說白了其實就係沙蔥雞。但係能夠自誇“天下第一雞”必定有其過人之處。雞胸可以滑過出面D雞俾肉。雞俾肉可以滑到連皮跌落個胃。沙蔥癖左雞的腥味,亦令肉味提升。另外一碟就係“鐵板原條茄子” 茄子要好食最重要個汁。免治豬肉配上洋蔥令茄子味道提升。加上香脆嘅外皮。令本來唔食好多飯嘅我都食曬成碗白飯。PS: 味道的確能夠Keep 到當年水準, 其實容記有好多正野,奈何今次得兩個女仔, 如果下次再去一定要帶多10 個8 個朋友去試多幾個餸。

另外一碟就係“鐵板原條茄子” 茄子要好食最重要個汁。免治豬肉配上洋蔥令茄子味道提升。加上香脆嘅外皮。令本來唔食好多飯嘅我都食曬成碗白飯。

PS: 味道的確能夠Keep 到當年水準, 其實容記有好多正野,奈何今次得兩個女仔, 如果下次再去一定要帶多10 個8 個朋友去試多幾個餸。
