成日食中西日都食到悶,今日同朋友他黎個印度菜,異國風情一下,搵左呢間位於銅鑼灣,由印度籍廚師主理既餐廳。好,坐低睇下有咩好食先。Fish butter masala, 魚肉配上奶油、蕃茄醬和牛油,醬汁比較稠身一啲,而且食落有配料粒喺醬汁之間,味道偏甜。House butter chicken, 用蕃茄醬、奶油製成德里牛油咖喱雞,個醬汁就滑身一啲,食落比較辣,雞件都算多,又大大件。牛油千層鬆餅,係酥餅,表面焗香酥脆,有奶酥味。烤麥餅表面有油光,焗到焦香,食落比較煙靭。估唔到份量都唔少,食到飽飽!
